SA Emoticons

iChat 5.0 (741)

1. Create ~/Library/iChat/PlugIns if it does not exist.

   

2. Copy SA-Emoticons.smielypack to ~/Library/iChat/PlugIns

Note: This was tested with iChat 5.0 (741) in Snow Leopard. I don't regularly use iChat, so I have no clue if this will work for previous versions. iChat doesn't officially support third party emoticons, so I don't know if this will break in future versions either.

I'll try to keep tabs on it when I see an iChat update.
